Cancellation Policy:
In summary, the package prices are inclusive of a 3-night stay, breakfast, dinner, and VAT. Children aged 0-6 staying with two parents are free for the first child, but an extra fee is applicable for the second child aged 0-6 and for each child aged 6-11. Accompanying spouses and children are not required to register for the congress. For cancellations, the amount refunded depends on when the cancellation is made, with important dates being August 30th and September 30th.
